1. Elevator modification: completed in 2010
2. Hot/cold deck conversion: completed in 2014
3. Cooling towers: new 400 ton unit installed in 2016
4. Ddc controls: installed along the perimeter with new leanses
5. Luminous ceilings: restored and converted to led with new leanses
6. Completed building façade and exterior restoration 2017
7. High-efficiency induction units installation: completed in 2016 on south & west facades
8. Energy efficiency results:
